在相同遗传背景下, 黄色种皮油菜与黑色种皮油菜相比具有种皮薄、含油量高、木质素含量低等优点,选育黄籽油菜新品种是当前油菜育种的一个主要目标。无论是黄籽油菜还是黑籽油菜种子的胚都是黄色的,黄籽的种皮是透明的,黑籽的种皮为黑色,黄籽颜色是其胚颜色的体现,黄黑籽油菜种子颜色的差别是种皮决定的。芥菜型油菜(Brassica juncea)黄籽性状稳定,一般由2对隐性重叠基因控制,但这些基因位点编码什么基因尚未见报道。在拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)中,种皮颜色的改变与控制类黄酮合成的基因突变有关,这些基因一部分为结构基因, 编码参与类黄酮生物合成的酶; 一部分为调控基因, 编码控制类黄酮生物合成的转录因子; 还有一些编码色素转运积累有关的蛋白质。
译文:
Yellow-seeded rapeseed cultivars had thinner seed coat, higher oil content and lower lignin compared with those of black-seeded cultivars with the same genetic background. Thus, the main objective for rapeseed breeding is to breed new yellow-seeded cultivars. Both yellow-seeded and black-seeded rapeseed had yellow embryos with transparent and black seed coat, respectively. The color of yellow seed embodied the embryo color. Their seed colors were determined by the seed coats. The stable character of yellow seed in Brassica juncea was controlled by 2 recessive overlapping genes. However, little is known about function of these genes. In Arabidopsis thaliana, seed coat color was associated with the genes which controlled the synthesis of flavonoind. In Arabidopsis thaliana, the color change of seed coat was associated with the mutation of the genes which controlled the synthesis of flavonoind. These genes included structural genes encoding the enzymes involved in the biosynthesis of flavonoid, controlling genes encoding the transcription factors regulating the biosynthesis of flavonoid, and some other genes encoding the protein involved in pigment transfer and accumulation.
